Just make sure to always add your name and order number. And it is important to have prove of your return in case something goes wrong in the shipment process. For The Netherlands a letterbox shipment with t&t is €4,10

You can also choose to have your return picked up at home or bring it to a local pick-up point through out our return system. No need to print anything. We can over this for customers within the EU.

2. Select the items you want to return within 30 business days after you have received your order and choose the desired return method

3. Download the return label. They scan the label on your phone if you don't have a printer

4. Pack your items in the original package. Make sure to remove the old shipping label

5. Don't forget to fill out the note included in the package stating your name and order number

6. Take your package within 14 working days to the post oce or have it ready for the pick-up service (depending on which return method you have chosen)

7. When our logistic centre has handled your return, you will receive an automatic email. From then on you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
