Because of Brexit your package will go trough customs. This means you will have to pay import duties as the UK is no longer part of the EU. These import duties are at the customer’s expense.

Order tracking

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
(Please note: for orders outside the EU you may have to pay import costs upon receipt)


We hope that you are wild with your new jewellery. If that is not the case, you can of course return your order and get your money refunded. For exchanges please return your order as stated here and purchase the right product on our website.

You have 30 days to return your item.
An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned.

Just make sure to always add your name and order number. 
And it is important to have prove of your return in case something goes wrong in the shipment process. 
For The Netherlands a letterbox shipment with t&t is €4,10.

You can also choose to have your return picked up at home or bring it to a local pick-up point through out our return system. No need to print anything. 
We can offer this for customers within the EU and the VS.
  1. Click here to: Register your return. 
    Select the items you want to return within 30 business days after you have received your order and choose the desired return method.
  2. Download the return label. They scan the label on your phone if you don't have a printer. 
  3. Pack your items in the original package. Make sure to remove the old shipping label. Don't forget to fill out the note included in the package stating your name and order number. 
  4. Take your package within 14 working days to the post office or have it ready for the pick-up service (depending on which return method you have chosen).  
  5. When our logistic centre has handled your return, you will receive an automatic email. From then on you will receive a refund within 14 business days. 

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

  • is in undamaged state
  • is not worn and/or used
  • includes the original packaging.

Wildthings Collectables reserves the right to refuse returned items.


For exchange you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 business days. 

Back Soon

If an item is sold out at the moment it will state "back soon" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from our local manufacturers in Bali. If you have a particular item in mind that you would like to buy please leave your email in the 'notify me when back in stock' so we can notify you as soon as it is restocked.
