Our 14k solid gold items will not oxidize or discolor. You can wear them all day everyday if you like.

It scratches less and doesn’t bend as easily. Our solid gold pieces can go for a lifetime if you give them the right amount of love and attention every once in a while.

How to clean your solid gold item:

• Put a few drops of liquid dish detergent in a bowl of lukewarm (not hot) water.
• Soak the gold jewelry in the solution. Allow the jewelry to sit in the water for about 15-30 minutes.
• You can use a soft tooth brush to gently scrub the jewellery. (Handle with care)
• Rinse the jewellery in warm running water.
• After rinsing, use a soft cotton cloth to dry them a bit, let the jewelry sit out on a towel to air dry completely before wearing it again.

You can wear solid gold items everyday and anywhere, just be really careful when you are taking a heavily chlorinated hot tub/ swimming pool dip.

 Orders placed before 18:00 on workdays will be sent out on the same day.

Return 

We hope that you are wild with your new jewellery. If that is not the case, you can of course return your order and get your money refunded. For exchanges please return your order as stated here and purchase the right product on our website.

You have 30 days to return your item.
An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to return:

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

• is in undamaged state
• is not worn and/or used
• includes the original packaging.

Wildthings Collectables reserves the right to refuse returned items.

Exchange

For exchange you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 business days. 

Back Soon

If an item is sold out at the moment it will state "back soon" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from our local manufacturers in Bali. If you have a particular item in mind that you would like to buy please leave your email in the 'notify me when back in stock' so we can notify you as soon as it is restocked.
