Express shipping EU: €44,95

Your order will be shipped with Fedex and is insured. Fedex express shipping can take 1,2 or 3 days to arrive. 

UK
Because of Brexit your package will go trough customs. Thsi means you will have to pay import duties as the UK is no longer part of the EU. These import duties are at the customer’s expense.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 16:00 on workdays will be sent out on the same day.  

Because of the COVID-19 crisis delivery times may take a bit longer.

Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany ± 5 business days.
Spain ± 5 business days.
Italy ± 5 business days.
UK ± 5 business days
Europe ± 10 business days.
World ± 20 business days. 

Order tracking

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
(Please note: for orders outside the EU you may have to pay import costs upon receipt.)

Return 

COVID-19 UPDATE regarding returns:  
The normal return policy mentions you have 30 days to return your item. During the COVID-19 circumstances we understand there might be situations in which you can not return your package on time. If you wish to return your order after the 30 days have expired, please send an email to service@wildthings-collectables.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will then register your return in our system so it can be processed after the 30 days in our warehouse. 

We hope that you are wild with your new jewellery. If that is not the case, you can of course return your order and get your money refunded. For exchanges please return your order as stated here and purchase the right product on our website.

You have 30 days to return your item.
An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to return:

  1. Fill out the note included in the package stating your name, order number and reason of return.
    We will refund your money within 14 business days.

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

  • is in undamaged state
  • is not worn and/or used
  • includes the original packaging.

Wildthings Collectables reserves the right to refuse returned items.

Exchange

For exchange you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 business days. 

Back Soon

If an item is sold out at the moment it will state "back soon" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from our local manufacturers in Bali. If you have a particular item in mind that you would like to buy please leave your email in the 'notify me when back in stock' so we can notify you as soon as it is restocked.
